As a business development and marketing professional for over 15 years, C. J. Davila has a vast array of knowledge and experience that contribute to his success in real estate. He started his career in marketing and launched several publications for the financial services industry and then transitioned to a sales position within the high-tech industry. Most recently, he has worked within the non-profit industry serving the greater Orlando community.

C. J. draws upon his many experiences to ensure his clients’ success. He has the ability to market a property while thinking outside of the box, the in-depth knowledge of the sales process including the delicate art of negotiating, and the ability to understand what motivates a client. Additionally, he is committed to ensuring there is communication, professionalism, and a vast amount of market knowledge that goes into every transaction.

C. J. is a native Floridian and graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association.
