About David Dyson

David Dyson has always been involved in real estate, whether designing and building homes or managing investment properties for his employers throughout his career.

As a student of Architectural Design and Drafting, Dave went to college in Sacramento, California. After a successful career in the construction industry, he went on to manage commercial and residential properties for his employer. David was encouraged by his employer and other investors to become a Realtor so he could expand and manage other investor’s properties.

David Dyson is a licensed General Contractor in California and Florida, and a member of Orlando Regional Realtor Association. David’s strong background in construction and customer service enables him to protect the interests of his investors and address the requirements of his tenants.

You won’t find David with an idle moment – as a member of the Antique and Classic Boat Society, when David is not working, his real estate interests he can be found building small boats, restoring antique boats, or touring the countryside on his motorcycle.

    Metro City has managed my properties since 2013. I can’t say for others nor I would make any comparison. What I can say are they have done a fantastic job managing my properties in Central Florida. They are very responsible and and are always pro-active resolving both my tenants and my requests. Their staff are both friendly and professional. When there are works required, they always found me the best contractors with reasonable price. My opinions are always respected and discussed what would the best solution toward the problem. I am very happy with their service and happy that they are my property manager.

    Metro City Realty has been there for my wife and I for more than a year and and has our best interest at heart. Jennifer and David are the best anyone can ask to do business with by finding the right caliber of tenant very quickly. Metro City Realty also has an excellent service in renewing tenancy agreements. They took care of all the details and at a very reasonable time and provided all required documents necessary for renewal. Their attitude and promptness are astonishing and is second to none.
