He capitalizes on his experience as a store manager to deliver service excellence to his customers before, during and after every single transaction.  Having built his own real estate portfolio, Patrick applies first-hand knowledge of the real estate market to help his customers expertly and effectively achieve their goals and objectives.

Patrick’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida allows him to efficiently assist in negotiations and suggest the financing structure that is best suited for his customers. In his spare time, Patrick serves on the boards of local non-profit organizations and maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying activities that include running, kayaking and swimming.

He is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. Patrick’s passion for real estate and his passion for serving customer needs make real estate a natural fit for him.
