The Cushman & Wakefield trio of Mark Gilbert, Adam Feinstein and Mitch Halpern are marketing The Plaza Retail Property, a 102,000-square-foot retail property spanning condominium spaces at 183-189 S. Orange Ave.
The property which is 90% leased is part of the mixed-use The Plaza complex, which includes two office towers, a parking garage and 305-unit condo tower that comprise one of the hallmarks of the downtown Orlando skyline.
